Local Delivery

During checkout, enter your address and if you are in a delivery zone, you will be prompted to enter your phone number for customer communication.

If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before 1pm during store hours 8am-8pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with your delivery ETA. The cost for delivery is $10.

Refunds & Returns

All sales of consumable products, including THCa flower, are final. If we've made a mistake with your order, please email support@flwrhouse.com and a team member will contact you for immediate resolution.

Policies for Non-Consumable Product

To qualify for a refund, you must return the product, including proof of purchase, within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. The item should be in its original condition and free from any damage. 

Once we receive your return, our professional team will examine the product for any signs of intentional or accidental damage and will proceed with the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card transactions, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note that if the product has been intentionally damaged (for example, due to user error) or if the return is initiated after the 30-day period, you will not qualify for a refund or exchange. However, if the product has been accidentally damaged (such as a manufacturing defect or damage caused by excessive heat or sunlight), you will be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
